Appetizer

Harvest Farfalle
Primi size portion of bow tie pasta, roasted chicken, dried cranberries, spinach and toasted pecans combined with a cinnamon nutmeg butternut squash cream sauce.

Soup

Spiced Autumn Soup
A savory combination of carrots, apples, potatoes, tomatoes and onion cooked and pureed in a curried orange broth, topped with a pumpkin seed cheese croute.

Salad

Minnesota Wild Rice and Apple Salad
Minnesota wild rice, Honey Crisp apples, red onion, and orange sections tossed in a honey mustard dressing and served on a bed of greens.

Entrée

Pork Tenderloin ala Rosta Romana
Oven roasted pork tenderloin topped with a pancetta, rosemary and garlic crust, sliced and finished with a pancetta rosemary cream sauce. Accompanied by a roasted root vegetable melange.

Dessert

Chocolate Raspberry Bread Pudding
Dark chocolate brioche bread pudding with fresh raspberries, topped with a Chambord cream.
